The Atkis Diet allows you to loose and maintain weight loss over time.  While on the diet there are many acceptable food you may eat.  These foods target reduced carbohydrate and sugar intake.  Types of acceptable foods include salad greens and other low-glycemic vegetables.  As you proceed through the different phases of the Atkins Diet you should increase the nutrient-dense carbohydrate foods ensuring you steer clear of sugars.  Craig William Taylor has instituted this approach to weight loss and has successfully engaged in the first phase, “Induction”, of the Atkins Diet.  Examples of acceptable foods include: Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Eggs, Goat Cheese, Butter, Cabbage and Kale.

Craig William Taylor Workbench (c)

Craig William Taylor Workbench (c)

In 2003 Craig William Taylor designed and built a woodworking workbench while living in Vacaville, California.  Craig William Taylor’s design included using two 4 foot by 8 foot sheets of plywood that sandwiched a checkerboard style box of wood (see image 1).  This design created rigidity that made for a very solid bench for woodworking activity.  Craig William Taylor also designed the bench to fold up against a shop wall to enable utilizing the work space to park cars (see images 2 & 3).  Although the completed bench weighs a bit; a strong male can easily lift it to the wall pivoting the bench on its hinges and secure it to the wall using snap clips.

In 2010 Craig William Taylor moved the bench from his workshop in Vacaville, California to his new workshop in Granite Bay, California.  Craig Taylor was able to easily install the workbench in the new workshop by cutting and fitting new legs to meet the slop of the concrete.
